Because each portrait is made to order from your photo, it is a personalised item. This affects the usual right to change your mind — but it does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
Before printing
You approve a digital proof first, with unlimited revisions. If you are unhappy at the proof stage, we will keep revising or cancel and refund you in full.
After delivery
If your portrait arrives damaged, or is not what you approved, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will remake it or refund you.
