Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What each status means

  1. Payment received — we have your order and your photo.
  2. Photo under review — an artist is checking the photo will work.
  3. Artwork in progress — your portrait is being illustrated.
  4. Proof sent — check your email and approve or request changes.
  5. Proof approved — we are preparing it for print.
  6. Printing — being printed and framed.
  7. Completed — shipped. Tracking is in your email.
